I became a Back Pain Coach because I personally experienced low back pain (with disc herniation and disc degeneration)in my early 20s and come from a family with a history of low back pain.
Both my parents suffered from it, and my mother underwent three low back surgeries. Even cutting out nerves didn’t help her, but she found relief through physical exercise.
When my doctor recommended Pilates, I was skeptical. However, after just a few sessions, I felt a remarkable difference. Pilates changed my life. Whenever I felt unmotivated to work out, I reminded myself of how miserable living with back pain was. Becoming pain-free and stronger inspired me to help others. I became a certified Pilates instructor in 2013 in Melbourne, Australia, and obtained a Diploma in Clinical Pilates in 2023. My mission is to share the transformative power of Pilates with others who suffer from chronic back pain.
